How to change teeth on excavator bucket
Excavator bucket teeth has different names bucket tip and bucket point
1. The fortunepart bucket teeth shall be kept sharp.
2. The teeth on both sides of the bucket are generally worn faster than those in the middle of the bucket. When the teeth on both sides are worn much shorter than those in the middle, the positions of the teeth on both sides and the middle can be interchanged for further use. If the difference between the bucket teeth at the center and the bucket teeth at both ends is 2-3cm, the bucket teeth shall be replaced.
3. If the difference between the bucket teeth at the center and the bucket teeth at both ends is 2-3cm, it shall be replaced. Please replace the dipper teeth in time.
4. Before operation every day, visually check the looseness and wear of bucket teeth. If the wear of bucket teeth exceeds the use limit, it will not only damage the tooth base and bucket, but also affect the efficiency of excavation and reduce the output.
